My last color day was somewhere back in January, and the word was blue. So it's high time for another one, and today's color word comes courtesy of whatever phase I'm going through right now that makes it so appealing: green.
In the spirit of having more fun with this project and doing things that are less like homework, I sifted through a bunch of photos and found some cool cloud photos. And so, today's word is clouds. Do you really know them at all?
Here's to appreciating lazy Sundays and help when you need it. Nice smelling candles and tasty, if crumpled, cookies. Sunny days, comfy couches, and a lot more. And here's to appreciating a little time to reflect on it all.
The word today is association, which is what I made today between dessert and a course I hated in college. It's a good dessert, and it deserves better, but it's eternally etched in my memory as a part of a strange and embarrassing experience.
I had a word today, and it was going to be burger, because we were going to go out for lunch and get one. And then we didn't. Now the word has to be disqualified.
You can't decide what happens to you. You can only decide what you will do about it. So you can always choose what you do about what happens to you. That's what I reminded myself of today.
