As a kid, summers were synonymous with Playland, and Playland was synonymous with one of my favorite rides of all time, the carousel.

Today is the day the teddy bears have their picnic! They're a favorite of mine, so of course I need to talk about them.

Now that I'm eating healthier again, I've rediscovered my love affair with potatoes. Today I pay them homage.

Later. Tomorrow. Two of my favorite times to do things. But why not... right now?

If there's one sound most closely associated with summer in my mind, it's the singing of cicadas.

Today is cheerful day, and what better way to inspire cheer and smiles than with flowers?
