After writing yet another food blog I took a minute to think about WHY food is so unavoidable. Yes, it's delicious, but there's more to it.

Sunday isn't my favorite day of the week but it accompanies some of my favorite memories. Of course they include food.

I was reminded today that sitting around moving nothing more than your index finger to push the button on the remote control does not burn calories.

A flamingo flew into my brain today and refused to leave until I admired him a little. So I did.

Coffee gets a lot of press but tea is way more interesting and fun.

I try to avoid getting my hair cut as much as possible, so this time when it got too unruly, I did the only logical thing. Called a barber.

When a trip to the supermarket is the most pleasant encounter with humans I have in a week, it's time to pause and consider.

Do you ever get the feeling that all the modern conveniences of life are very inconvenient much of the time?

After a week of conferences and fun, I had a moment to reflect on it. And I want more of it!
